The Dragons varsity boys bowling team defeated SMCC 28-2, gaining their 10th victory of the season. The Dragons dominated the bakers, winning the first 197-139, and taking the second 163-121.   In the first individual game, four Dragons shot over 200 – Shawn Heard (236); Andrew Hudson (224); Justin Peoples (213); and Collin Reid (204), as the team easily won the first game 977-467. In the second game, Andrew Hudson led the team in scoring with a 205, as the Dragons won the 2nd game 767-657. Andrew Hudson led the Dragons in series with a 429, followed by Shawn Heard with a 419.   The Dragons are now 10-1-1.

The Dragons varsity boys bowling team defeated Airport 24.5 to 5.5. The Dragons, while struggling at times, were never in jeopardy of losing the meet. The Dragons split the baker games, taking the first 172-121, and losing the second 155-138.   In the first individual game, the Dragons were led by Justin Peoples (190) and Collin Reid (186), as they won the first game 897-797. Every bowler beat their opponent in the first game. In the second game, Shawn Heard led the team in scoring with a 178. The team won the 2nd game 773-734. Collin Reid led the Dragons in series with a 352, followed by Shawn Heard with a 350.   The Dragons are now 9-1-1.

The Dragons varsity boys bowling team defeated Dundee 19-11. The Dragons won the first baker game 227-130 and lost the second baker game 175-150.   In the first individual game, the Dragons were led by Shawn Heard (236); Collin Reid (188) and Zach Atwood (183) as they won the first game 964-781. In the second game, Justin Peoples led the team in scoring with a 201, followed by Shawn Heard (174). The team lost the 2nd game 822-818, but took total pinfall 1782-1603 in route to their victory.   The Dragons are now 7-1-1.

The Dragons varsity boys bowling team tied Riverview in what many considered to be the match of the season. The Dragons lost the first baker game 289-244, while coming back to win the second baker game 199-165.   In the first individual game, the Dragons were led by Collin Reid whot shot a 297, three pins away from a perfect 300 game. In addition to Collin’s game, Andrew Hudson rolled a 236 and Shawn Heard shot a 226. For the game, the Dragons bowled 1127 to Riverview’s 921. In the second game, Andrew Hudson led the Dragons in scoring with a 226, followed by Collin Reid (214); Shawn Heard (212) and Justin Peoples (194). The team bowled 1022, but was not enough to match Riverview’s 1104. For the day, Collin Reid shot a 511 series, followed by Andrew Hudson (462) and Shawn Heard (438). The Dragons now lead the Huron League in Team High Game (1127); and Team High Series (2149). Collin Reid leads the Huron League in Individual High Game (297) and Individual High Series (511). The Dragons are in 2nd in Team Baker Game (244) and Team Baker Series (443).   The Dragons are now 6-1-1.

The Dragons varsity boys bowling team defeated Flat Rock 16-14 with an impressive come from behind victory. The Dragons lost both baker games, dropping the first 155-151 and the second 186-179, leaving them in a 10-0 hole heading into individual play.   In the first individual game, the Dragons were led by Shawn Heard (216); Andrew Hudson (197); and Zach Atwood (186). The team shot a 916, taking the game and were down 11-8 heading into the final game. In the second game, Justin Peoples (215) and Shawn Heard (212) led the scoring for the Dragons as the team won the game with a 913. For the day, Shawn shot an impressive 428 series.   The Dragons are now 6-1. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________

The Dragons varsity boys bowling team suffered their first defeat of the season, losing to Huron 21.5-8.5. Missed opportunities cost the Dragons a chance to get an early lead, losing the first baker game 169-126 and tied the second baker game at 185.   In the first individual game, the Dragons had four bowlers roll good games – Justin Peoples (188); Shawn Heard (190); Zach Atwood (193); and Andrew Hudson (196). In the second individual game, Andrew Hudson led the Dragons with a high score of 215.   The Dragons are now 5-1.

The Dragons varsity boys bowling team won their fifth in a row to start the season, defeating Jefferson, 29-1. The Dragons won both baker games, winning the first baker 208-134, and taking the second 163-101.   In the first individual game, the Dragons were led from very strong performances from Andrew Hudson and Justin Peoples. Andrew rolled a 258, while Justin was close behind with a 245. In the second individual game, Zach Atwood led the Dragons with a score of 216.   The Dragons are now 5-0.

The Dragons varsity boys bowling team won their fourth in a row to start the season, defeating Milan #2, 29-1. The Dragons won both baker games, winning the first baker 182-100, and taking the second 151-139.   In the first individual game, three Dragons shot 190 or better, led by Zach Atwood with a 195, Andrew Hudson with a 194 and Shawn Heard with a 191. The Dragons varsity boys bowling team won their third in a row to start the season with shutout, defeating SMCC 30-0. The Dragons won both baker games, winning the first baker 171-120, and taking the second 186-176.   In the first individual game, Justin Peoples led the way rolling a 210. In the second individual game, Shawn Heard led the Dragons with a score of 213.   The Dragons are now 3-0.

The Dragons varsity boys bowling team won their second in a row to start the season with another impressive win, defeating Airport 28-2. The Dragons won both baker games, winning the first baker 165-131, and taking the second 203-199.   In the first individual game, Collin Reid and Shawn Heard led the way with games of 190 and 189 respectively. In the second individual game, Zach Atwood and Justin Peoples led the Dragons with scores of 199 and 195.   The Dragons are now 2-0.

The Dragons varsity boys bowling team won their first meet of the season in dominating fashion, defeating Dundee 27-3. The Dragons won both baker games, winning the first baker 225-185, and taking the second 174-163.   In the first individual game, Andrew Hudson led the way with a 180. In the second individual game, Collin Reid led the Dragons with an impressive 219, followed by Justin Peoples with a 192.   The Dragons are now 1-0.
